Sole Golf Management was founded in 2013 providing consulting services for buying and selling golf courses, managing the day-to-day operations, and providing financial services. Today, Sole Golf Managment is run by father and son, Charles and Chaz Raulerson.
At Sole Golf Management, we take a holistic approach to consulting. We work closely with our clients to understand their goals and challenges and develop solutions that address their specific needs. Our approach is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven. Over the years, Sole Golf Management has consistently grown revenues and net operating income at all the facilities they manage.
President
Charles is directly responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to clients. Charles manages the accounting processes, the agronomy with the onsite superintendent to maximize the quality of course conditions, and club compliance with state and federal agencies. As a former PGA TOUR Player, Charles focuses on exceptional customer experiences.
Vice President
Chaz is directly responsible for sales and marketing, retail operations, POS systems and technology. He oversees the golf shop and outside services, food and beverage operations, membership, and all revenue centers. Chaz handles cost analysis for purchases and payroll to assure we maintain Sole Golf Management's metrics that assure our financial standards stay on course.
